16-Hour Course

This course meets and exceeds the regulatory requirements of 29 CFR 1910.146 (k). With our classroom training and extensive hands-on exercises, we ensure your employees graduate with the confidence, knowledge, and skills to effectively perform confined space rescues. 4-Hour Course

This course is designed to prepare an employee to perform the duties of a Confined Space Attendant. It is a combination of instructor-led, classroom activities, and hands-on exercises. During the course, participants will learn the responsibilities and duties of a Confined Space Attendant. The course will focus on both the General Industry Standard (29 CFR 1910.146) and the new Construction Industry Standard (29 CFR 1926 Subpart AA). Upon completion, each trainee will be able to demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:

  • Confined Space Recognition and Classification
  • The Roles and Responsibilities of the Confined Space Attendant
  • Recognize and Identify of Common Confined Space Hazards
  • Proper Air Monitoring Techniques
  • Prohibited Conditions and Emergency Evacuation
  • Contacting the Rescue Team
  • Application of Vertical and Horizontal Non-Entry Rescue

4-Hour Course w/Live Burn

This course is designed to properly train personnel responsible and designated to perform fire watch duties during cutting, grinding, welding, and other similar hot work. Upon completion, each trainee will be able to demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:

  • Facility Fire Prevention Plans
  • Duties and Responsibilities of a Fire Watch
  • Recognition and Elimination of Potential Fire/Explosion Hazards
  • The Principles of Fire Chemistry
  • The Hot Work Permit
  • Fire Extinguishers and Extinguishing Agents
  • Personal Protective Equipment
  • Engineering Controls to Reduce/Eliminate Fire Explosion Potential
  • Gas Monitor Operation/Limitations
